Description

The contractor shall provide expert technical solutions and service to maintain: (a) roads and bridges (including boat ramps and floating boat slip), (b) fence and gates (including concertina/razor wire), (c) vegetation control and debris removal, (d) border lighting and electrical, (e) clearing and repairing drainage and grate systems, (e) tunnel remediation, and (f) TI attributes including cameras, shelters, and generators.

Additionally, site visits are mandatory for both Yuma and El Centro for January 26th and January 27th 2026. Please send your list of Atendees to the CO Kevin Sarff - Kevin.P.Sarff@cbp.dhs.gov.by January21 2026 along with any questions about the solicitation by 12 pm EST.

Site visits have been completed and only vendors that attended the site visits will be able to move forward with the proposal process. Those companies that attended the site visits must submit their Questions and Questionaaires in accordance with the instructions and solicitation amendment. 

A new amendment will be posted this evening to address the questions and answers submitted and add an updated notional work plan. This will allow vendors to amend their corporate questions and submit on Monday. Please watch out for the latest announcement on SAM.GOV this evening, thank you.
