This multi-platform contract provides the 848 SCMG engineering with a vehicle to receive engineering assistance and solutions from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). This support is critical for issues affecting structures, avionics, accessories, ground support, and commodity items for which the Government’s existing data package, even when including Government Purpose Rights (GPR), Form, Fit, and Function (FFF), or Operation, Maintenance, Installation, and Training (OMIT) data, is insufficient to perform the required Operational Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness (OSS&E) analysis. This contract addresses tasks that require access to the OEM's proprietary internal data systems, detailed design data, or specialized analytical tools not delivered to the Government. These commodity items are used on B-1, B-52, C-17, E-3, F-15, KC-135, KC-46, AGM-86 and other weapon systems. The Contractor must have access or can obtain access, and the rights to access, B-1, B-52, C-17, E-3, F-15, KC-135, KC-46 and AGM-86 OEM internal data systems to retrieve weapon system design data.
