The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District (USACE-MVK), in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Doble Engineering Company (CAGE Code: 94856) for a lease of power apparatus and insulation testing equipment and software.

Requirement:

M4000 Doble Test Equipment and Software which includes:

1 Doble M4100 Power Factor/Tan-Delta Insulation Analyzer and High Voltage Apparatus Tester

1 M4000 Power Factor Equipment Doble Test Assistant (DTA) professional analysis software, professional version.

1 M4300 Field Transporter for M4100

Field engineer service phone support

Five (5) days of on-site training

Equipment Upgrades

Software Upgrades

On-Site Warranty covering lease period to include all parts, supplies, equipment and labor for any needed repair of all equipment and/or software leased under this contract.

This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it is capable of meeting the Vicksburg District’s requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement, which, if received by 1:00 PM CST on 21 April 2026, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
