The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District (USACE-MVK), in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Doble Engineering Company (CAGE Code: 94856) for a lease of power apparatus and insulation testing equipment and software.

1 Doble M4100 Power Factor/Tan-Delta Insulation Analyzer and High Voltage Apparatus Tester
1 M4000 Power Factor Equipment Doble Test Assistant (DTA) professional analysis software, professional version.
1 M4300 Field Transporter for M4100

Five (5) days of on-site training

On-Site Warranty covering lease period to include all parts, supplies, equipment and labor for any needed repair of all equipment and/or software leased under this contract.
