Description
This is a sole-source presolicitation notice for a five-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) that will support the repair of the AN/USQ-167 Common Data Link System (CDLS), which is essential for fleet readiness.
In accordance with FAR 6.103-1, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Cubic Secure Communications, LLC, which is the sole authorized repair source for the NIINs listed below. The Government does not own the data or rights to permit any other sources to perform the repairs.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response. Approval of a source is required. Please note: award will not be delayed for the qualification of a new source.
