This draft solicitation is being posted in accordance with RFO 15.101(b). No proposals will be accepted at this time. The Government will allow industry to submit questions in writing via email to the Contracting Officer, Ashley Brink at ashley.brink@us.af.mil. When submitting questions, please cc the Contract Specialist, Kacie Cram at kacie.cram@us.af.mil. Please submit any questions NLT COB 30 April, 2026.
