Amendment 2 - The government is still waiting on all of the submitted questions to be answered. ONCE ALL QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED, AN ADDITIONAL AMENDMENT WILL BE POSTED WITH QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS, WE WILL POST THE AMENDMENT WITH ALL QUESTIONS ONCE THEY ARE ANSWERED. Additionally, due to the delay, the final solicitation date where all quotes should be submitted is being extended by 18 days. The new final date to submit a quote is 16 February 2026 at 9:00 am EST. All vendors who have submitted a quote are encouraged to re-submit a new quote after the questions and any other additional information is posted in the next amendment.
