Description
THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being requested and another written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number M00263-26-R-R001 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) using the commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Source Selection Procedure FAR Part 15. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 and DFARS Publication 20251001.
The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot-Parris Island, SC intends to solicit and award a single award Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract for professional moving, storage and disposal services. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code of 484210 with a size standard of $34M.
All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are contained in SF 1449 M00263-26-R-R001 attached to this synopsis.
The Government will accept vendor questions ten (10) calendar days after solicitaiton issuance.
Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their proposals in accordance with FAR Part 12 and additional instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors provided in the SF1449. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and its addendum provision. The Government will make a source selection using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach described in FAR 15.101-2. If more than one proposal is received, proposals shall be ranked in order of lowest price to highest price. Evaluations will commence with the lowest priced proposal. Evaluations will continue until at least two competiting proposals are found to be technically acceptable and have acceptable past
performance. Award will be made to the lowest-price proposal that is technically acceptable and has acceptable past performance. Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. All other additional contract requirement for this acquisition can be found in the attached SF 1449
