The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to update the Attachment 1 (Analyte List) to LCR to add columns for the various certifications / testing capabilities for DoD, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Pursuant to FAR 12.202(b), this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for a $9M firm-fixed priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for laboratory requirements for the customers of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Atlantic Division, Savannah District, under NAICS Code 541380, testing laboratories. This acquisition is being offered as a 30% partial set-aside for small business competition, under NAICS 562910, and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement. Description of Work: Provide Laboratory Testing and Sample Kits for aqueous and/or soil samples which may be collected in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and/or South Carolina. See the RFQ for the full BPA Scope. Ordering Period is five (5) years with a one (1) year base ordering period, and four (4), one (1) year optional ordering periods. Please note that the proposal due date is specified in block 8 on the attached SF1449 RFP.
Proposals shall be submitted electronically via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module by the due date and time for submission of proposals. NOTE: The only authorized transmission method for proposals in response to this solicitation is PIEE solicitation module. No other transmission methods (email, facsimile, regular mail, hand carried, etc.) will be accepted.
