Description
Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Defense Logistics Agency is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify an interest in and the resources to support requirements for National Stock Number (NSN) 4130-01-365-2740 “Heat Interchanger, Refrigerant”.
The approved source for this NSN is RIX Industries, (Cage Code 28953).

DLA Troop Support is researching the possibility of issuing a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Long-Term Contract (LTC) with. FAR 52.217-9 “Option to Extend the Term of the Contract and FAR 17.2 “Options” will apply.
Support for this item will be based on FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Support of the item will be based on Customer Direct and DLA Direct Deliveries.
This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). This notice should not be construed as a commitment by DLA Troop Support for any purpose. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred. The Government will NOT pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
If a solicitation is issued, it will be synopsized on the System for Award Management (SAM) website and it will be the Offeror’s responsibility to monitor the SAM website for any such notices.
