Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District is planning a requirement for a firm-fixed-price, design-bid-build construction contract to build and extend the munitions storage area (MSA) on Rygge Air Base in Norway. The project’s anticipated magnitude of construction is between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00 with a construction duration of 707 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (around April of 2027).
