Description

This Brand Name or Equal acquisition is for Four (4) Quantum High Density Sliding Overhead Track System consisting of: Four (4) TTK-E21 21" Stationary End Kits; Four (4) TTK-12 Overhead Track Kits; Twenty (20) TTK-21 21” Mobile Kits; and One Hundred Thirty-Two (132) 2160C 21” Deep-Wire Shelves. 

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.201, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

2. This solicitation is being issued as a(n) Request For Quotation (RFQ).

3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through:

4. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 332618. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is 500 Employees.

5 .Questions may be submitted to the POC and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 1400 hours (2:00PM) CDT on 27 March 2026. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered.

6. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POC and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 1400 hours (2:00PM) CDT on 30 March 2026 (the established deadline).

7. Quotes must be valid for Thirty (30) days after 30 March 2026 (the established deadline).

8. All price quotations must be submitted via the table shown in Attachment 2 FY26 FSS Shelving Units Combo. Separate quotes, on company letterhead, can be provided for supplemental information, but all technical submissions must be submitted on a separate document.

9. Notice to Offerer(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are presently available forth is effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offerer for any costs.

10. Delivery is required within One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the award of the contract.

11. Complete the contractor identification information in the attached FY26 FSS Shelving Units Combo file.
