***The purpose of Amendment 0001 to W912BU26QA008 is to provide RFI responses.*** *******SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR 0800 on Wednesday 28 January 2026 on the Dredge at Fort Mifflin, NOT 28 FEBUARY 2026**************************** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE), Philadelphia District (NAP), anticipates a requirement for a firm fixed-price service contract for this acquisition to procure services to remove and replace identified sections of stiffeners, web frames, equipment foundations, stuffing tubes, deck plating, and CO2 piping, and to perform all required equipment repairs aboard the Dredge McFarland in accordance with all specifications. BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD: Award shall be made to the offeror who is has the lowest price meeting the technical requirements. Quote must meet or exceed the statement of work and delivery schedule to be considered for award. QUOTE SUBMISSION: Offerors shall submit their quotes no later than 1300 EST on 11 February 2026 as follows: The Offerors quote shall be submitted electronically via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), as described below. The Offerors quote shall not contain classified data. The use of hyperlinks in bids is prohibited. NOTE: The only authorized transmission method to this solicitation is electronically via PIEE Solicitation Module online submission. NO OTHER TRANSMISSION METHODS (EMAIL, FACSIMILIE, REGULAR MAIL, HANDCARRIED, ETC.,) WILL BE ACCEPTED. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Specific information pertaining to this procurement is available in the Solicitation. The Solicitation documents are posted on the SAM.gov website.
