Set-Aside: This is a 100% Small Business set-aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333310 with a size standard of 1000 Employees. To be eligible to compete, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.

Evaluation Criteria:
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is determined to represent the best value to the Government. The Government will utilize FAR Part 12 procedures and conduct an integrated assessment for a best value award decision based on the evaluation factors established in the SF1449.
