Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to procure Cornell-Carr Fixed Window electronically heated with controller. This procurement will be solicited as a BRAND-NAME for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) CORNELL-CARR and Authorized Distributors per FAR 11 procedures. It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded per FAR 12 procedures for the following items:

FIXED WINDOW, ELECTRICALLY HEATED WITH CONTROLLER
FRAME SIZE: 37" X 29" X 1-13/16" THK
OPENING SIZE: 33"X 25"
FRAME MATERIAL: CRES 316L
ELECTRIC HEATED GLASS THICK: 3/4"
VOLTAGE: 440V AC
Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) and Authorized Distributors may identify their interest and capability by responding to this pre-solicitation notice and/or submit quotes prior to solicitation close date and time. AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR letter or documentation from OEM is required to be submitted with quotes.
Solicitation will be posted to the Sam.gov website on or about 23 February 2026 with responses due on or about 27 February 2026. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM.
