The U. S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Center for Automotive Research – 880 Technology Drive, Suite C – Ann Arbor, MI 48108 United States, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
This requirement is for membership and data access for the Center for Automotive Communities Partnership database of automotive vehicles. Members will receive access to the Center for Automotive Research’s latest research and insights for employees at the USITC, Library Service Division. This service was previously used in 2025 (34300025P0005). There has been no price increase since then. The period of performance is one year: February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027.
This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information may be sent to Alisha Hunt Contracting Officer, at Alisha.Hunt@usitc.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
