The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole source extension modification to an existing contract with Deloitte Consulting LLP under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 to continue supporting the NGA Human Resources Management (HRM). This extension will enable NGA time to continue the acquisition process of a follow-on and support a transition period to ensure no disruption to the current support to NGA employees. A change in the current provider would result in both substantial duplication of costs, extended period of time in which NGA would not be provided with necessary HD support that could result in mission delays. Therefore, no competition is being sought at this time. The sole source modification to the existing contract will provide NGA with tailored HD support that captures the end-to-end processes involved with managing people resources in the organization, from recruitment to retirement and everything in between, in accordance with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidelines. The estimated period of performance is anticipated to be a 12-month base (June 1, 2026 -May 31, 2027) and two 3-month option periods after contract extension. This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions and is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be posted. However, any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contract Specialist no later than 12:00 pm EST on February 2, 2026. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
