Description

1.The 76th AMXG/567th is requesting utilization of funds for the purchase of one (1) Portable ResistiveLoad Bank.


2.The requested equipment item description / Specifications are outlined below.
a.Quantity of one (1) Portable Resistive Load Bank.
(1)230VAC L-N, 400VAC L-L, 3-Phase, 400 Hz
(2)6-Pin Aircraft Power Receptacle with Shield
(a)Must be supplied in accordance with (IAW) the requirements specified in DrawingLE409-0001.
(b)Suggested sources of supply (Anderson Airmotive part no. 3-498501 OR ITT CannonEA376 IAW dwg. LE409-0001).
(3)Load capacity of 100 kW or more.
(4)Switch to load in increments of 10 kW or less.
(5)Meter to display input frequency, volts, amps, watts.
(6)E/F interlock.
(7)4x BNC female connectors for monitoring of input power voltage, current, and frequency perphase with oscilloscope.
(8)Thermal Protection.
(9)Casters for ease of transport.
(10)Lifting pockets for loading/unloading with forklift.
(11)Noise level not to exceed 85 dB (A) IAW OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.95.
