Description
The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Duncan House Roof Replacment project for the Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Brecksville, OH.
Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to remove and replace the current roofing systems, gutters and downspouts on the Duncan house. The slate roof will be replaced with new metal slate shingles. The porch roof will be replaced with new 3-tab asphalt shingles. The dormer will be replaced with new EDPM roofing system. Roof work will also include removal and installation of new underlayment, metal flashing, drip edge, gutters, and downspouts.

PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $100,000
TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by early April 2026 with performance to begin in May 2026.
