1. The Montana Army Nation Guard (MTARNG) has a requirement for prepared meals to be delivered to the MTARNG armory in Kalispell, Montana. The period of performance for this requirement is 30 May through 13 June 2026.
Meals shall be prepared at the vendor’s location and delivered to Armory in Kalispell. Meals shall be prepared and delivered per the specifications in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). No Government property will be furnished for this requirement.
2. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
3. Solicitation number W9124V26QA002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those which will govern this acquisition.
4. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
5. Offerors are reminded to conduct a comprehensive review of the attached Statement of Work to ensure their offer captures all the requirements. Offerors are also reminded they are required to submit a 14-day sample menu for their offer to be considered. The Government intends to award without discussions. Quotes and questions shall be submitted via email to the Point of Contact listed below.
6. Pricing shall be submitted using the attached price matrix.
