LAARNG COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION DOCUMENT | Dated: 11MARCH2026
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the
format in part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested
and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number W912R-26-Q-A009 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR
Parts 12. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in
effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 Effective on March 13, 2026.
Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were
given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal
Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at
http://acquisition.gov. Submission of a quote acknowledges receipt of the applicable provision, and
clauses incorporated into this solicitation.
To be awarded this contract, the offeror must be registered in the SAM and remain active during
period of performance. (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/). All vendors MUST have a publicly
visible registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). UEI, Duns & Bradstreet, CAGE Code &
Federal Tax ID numbers MUST be submitted with offer. If you need any additional assistance in
getting registered, please send me an email and I will send you additional instructions. Submission
of a proposal/quote acknowledge SAM registrations requirements.
REQUIREMENT:
This requirement is solicited as a (small business set-aside). The NAICS code for this acquisition
is (722320 Food Service Contractors). This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract and will
be awarded based on price and other factors. Offer must include proof of adherence to provided
specifications (quote will be checked for technical acceptableness based on needs statement, meal
requirements, price, and other factors as outlined in LAARNG SF 1449 Addendum).
The Louisiana Army National Guard 256IBCT 1-141 FA is seeking (Catered Meals for TH Thunder
Security Mission in New Orleans, LA). In accordance with the attached Needs Statement and Exhibit 1
(21-day meal plan). Submission of a proposal/quote acknowledges receipt and understanding of the
requirement; if there are any uncertainties about the requirement please ask prior to submission.
Prices are all inclusive, meaning that all services, supplies and delivery need to be included.
