ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a BRAND NAME or EQUAL requirement for a quantity of seven (7) Uninterruptible Power Supplies similar to the Eaton 9SX 3000 120V Part Number 545-9SX3000 with the following characteristics:
- At least 4 NEMA 5-20R 120V 60Hz power outputs
- L5-30P 120V 60Hz Power Input
- Hot-Swappable internal batteries
- Online/Double-conversion
- 3000VA
- Expandable Network Card for remote management
This procurement will require a delivery date of 30 days after contract award, and has an extended acceptance period of 30 days.
The Navy intends to solicit this contract on a full and open competition basis after exclusion of sources as a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.5. Delivery is required FOB Destination NSWC Crane. The solicitation will be made available posted on sam.gov. All changes that occur to competitive actions prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https:/sam.gov/. For within scope changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 12.201-1 Commercial. as a written Firm Fixed Priced Request for Quotes . Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-26-Q-0102 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
