Description
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Structural Collapse Venue Simulator Services, as defined in this PWS. The contractor shall also provide personnel managers, Area Command and Incident Command Role Players, and acting coaches. Personnel assigned to these tasks shall possess the skills and expertise necessary to perform assigned tasks associated with this order.
This is a non-personal services contract to provide the Search & Extraction team’s training event with the Homeland Response Force (HRF) with Structural Collapse Venue Simulator support Services.
