The purpose of these documents is to provide potential offerors with information necessary to solidify their understanding of the requirement.
Interested offerors need to have an active and verified DD Form 2345 on file to access unclassified technical data disclosing militarily critical technology with military or space application that is under the control of, or in possession of the U.S. Department of Defense.
