This notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation.
The solicitation is not ready for issuance at this time. The U.S. Embassy Singapore will post the solicitation on the System for Award Management (SAM) website when it becomes available.
The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore anticipates a requirement for regular preventive maintenance services for cooling towers, sand-filter pump (backwash), and water treatment systems at the U.S. Embassy Singapore.
The anticipated performance period consists of one (1) base year with four (4) one-year option periods, subject to Government exercise.
All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The Government may award a contract based on the initial proposals without discussion. The resultant contract is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
SAM Registration Requirement:
All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting an offer in accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Legal and Regulatory Requirements:
Performance of this contract will take place in Singapore. Prospective offerors must possess all required local licenses, permits, and authorizations to operate legally.
Contractors will also be responsible for complying with all applicable local labor, safety, and tax laws, and must ensure that any such obligations are satisfied prior to contract performance. This acquisition will include DOSAR clause 652.242-73 – Authorization and Performance (AUG 1999).
