Description
The contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, materials, supervision necessary for the preventative maintenance, Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) repairs, Service Calls (SC), and inspections for the equipment and systems listed in the Equipment Nameplate Data attachment as necessary to perform tasks and functions as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). All services requested under this PWS are non-personal in nature. The Contractor shall meet all requirements and responsibilities in this section applying it to all the service areas, focusing on customer?s needs and consistently providing responsive flexible and cost-effective service. The Contractor shall ensure quality work performance in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and directives in all service areas, and partner with the customer in continuously improving the quality of programs and service offered to the customer.
