Description

This is not a solicitation or request for quotes. This is a Sources Sought Announcement (SSA), requesting information to determine market capabilities and interested vendors for an upcoming requirement of Military Working Dog (MDW) Program Support of moving the Working Dog Management System to the new K9 System for the Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM), Law Enforcement, Investigations and Corrections Branch.

Please review the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Interested vendors: please respond via email to Lauren Frey, Contract Specialist, at lauren.e.frey.civ@usmc.milResponses shall be submitted no later than the response date and time specified on the SAM.gov Sources Sought Notice. In your response, please include the following information:

1. Business/entity name, CAGE code, and UEI and any contract vehicles such as GSA that your business falls under.

2. State whether you can provide the requirement in accordance with the draft PWS to include all deliverables, key personnel/experience and Period of Performance.

3. Provide a brief description of your business’ capabilities / experience regarding the services specified in the draft PWS. Maximum length: 2 pages.

4. State your small business status, including any SBA certified socioeconomic groups, and provide your primary NAICS code(s).

5. The NAICS code being considered for this requirement is 518210, Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services. If your business has feedback on this NAICS or believes another NAICS is most applicable to this requirement, please provide your suggestions and a brief explanation as to why the code provided would best support this requirement.

6. Do you have any questions or feedback about this requirement, the draft PWS, and/or the draft pricing table?

Responses will be used for market research purposes. Information submitted by respondents to this notice is voluntary.  Please note that this requirement is for a one-year contract, but a long-term follow-on effort is anticipated.
