Description
The type of A-E services expected to be performed under this contract generally includes various investigation, surveys, studies, design and engineering concept development, 1391 preparation, construction cost estimates, and the preparation of design and construction studies and the preparation of construction documents via the Design-Bid-Build (full plans and specifications) and Design-Build methods ready for bidding. The type of work will be primarily AE services for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP-FP) projects. Work will be associated with repairs, renovations, alterations, new construction of facilities and site improvements. Work may also include but is not limited to the preparation of studies and technical reports, hazardous material surveys for remediation projects, conducting engineering investigations, project programming, concept studies, interior design and landscape design; Project Cost Engineering (PCE) documentation; preparation of preliminary and final designs; and construction cost estimates.
