Description
This is a pre-solicitation notice of a proposed contract action for the procurement of Oil Water Separator Cleaning Services for the Massachusetts Air National Guard, 104FW, Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, MA utilizing simplified procedures under FAR Subpart 12.201-1 for commercial services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the tank cleaning services, as defined in the PWS.
The Government contemplates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Single Blanket Purchase Agreement with a 5-year ordering period for it’s no less than annual service.
This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a request for quote (RFQ) or request for proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the Government to award a contract.
The solicitation will be solicited IAW FAR Subpart 12.101-1(c)(2) electronically. Upon award of the Blanket Purchase Agreement, an Award Notice will be made available at the SAM.gov website.
