Description

*** UPDATE TO SOLICITATION ***
Please see uploaded "QA - SCIF Tents" for questions and answers for this solicitation.

*** BREAK ***

Headquarters, Air Forces Southern (AFSOUTH) requires expeditionary Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) tents to enable agile command, intelligence, and secure communications in the USSOUTHCOM AOR. These shelters must be fully ICD 705 compliant for handling classified information. Key capabilities include setup/teardown in under 10 minutes to support agile combat employment, proven RF/EMI shielding for operational security, and a configurable interior to support diverse missions from C2 to intelligence analysis.

RF Tents are required during deployable situations for intelligence operations. Without RF Tents classified processing is not allowed due to the foreign intelligence interception threat. Critical loss of C4I if we are not allowed to operated classified intelligence networks during deployed operations. Following salient characteristics are essential per the customer: portability, level of RF Shielding, durability, and comm/Power/HVAC shielded ports.
