The Government proposes to acquire Bahrain Critical Spares and Frequency Converters in support of the Patriot Missile System. These Bahrain Critical Spares and Frequency Converters will be placed on the existing indefinite delivery requirements type contract, SPRRA225D0016, in coordination with the Integrated Facilities Management Contract (IFMC) Program office.

This item is restricted to: RAYTHEON, CAGE CODE: 05716. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) having only a limited number of responsible sources. The data needed to acquire these parts competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for competitive solicitation.
