Description
Update 0012: The Government has updated the following document as part of Amendment 0012: IDIQ solicitation document. This update incorporates by full text DFARS Clause 252.217-7001 for Surge Option and establishes a government-specified fixed percentage for this requirement. As reflected in the updated Sections B, I, L, and M of the solicitation, the price for CLIN X008 is now fixed at 10% of the total proposed price for CLINs X001-X004 – Field Maintenance. Offerors are not required to update or delete CLIN X008 from their latest proposal revision or final proposal revision (when requested). Any separate price or percentage for CLIN X008 will be excluded from Government evaluation. The value will be calculated by the Government and added to the offeror’s proposed price to determine the Total Evaluated Price (TEP). This update is not a request for Final Proposal Revisions (FPRs).
