Description

AMENDMENT 0005-

The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to post the 'Questions & Answers' document for questions received regarding this requirement.  Please see the attached 'Questions & Answers' document for reference purposes.  The due date for quotes will remain as 10 APRIL 2026, no later than 2:00pm (EST). 

AMENDMENT 0004 -

The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to remove all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) pertaining to the Lodi, NJ009 location: Alexander Hamilton USARC, 76 Route 17 at Essex Street, Lodi, NJ 07644 (NJ009). Specifically, the following CLINs will be removed from this solicitation: 0004, 0005, 0006, 1004, 1005, 1006, 2004, 2005, 2006, 3004, 3005, 3006, 4004, 4005 and 4006.  PLEASE NOTE:  Only submit your quote for the following CLINs: 0001, 0002, 0003, 1001, 1002, 1003, 2001, 2002, 2003, 3001, 3002, 3003, 4001, 4002, and 4003. In addition, the due date for quotes will be extended to 10 APRIL 2026 no later than 2:00pm. The due date to request a site-visit will be extended to 31 MARCH 2026 no later than 10:00am. Site-visits will be held on the following dates: 18 MARCH 2026 between 10:00am and 12:00pm (EST); 19 MARCH 2026 between 10:00am and 12:00pm (EST); and 31 MARCH 2026 between 10:00am and 12:00pm (EST).  Please contact the Regional Facility Operations Specialist (RFOS), Mr. Louis Corbo, to request a site-visit date. Also, the due date to submit questions will be extended to 03 APRIL 2026 no later than 10:00am. Please see the attached 26-Q-A050 Amendment 0004 document for more information on this amendment.

AMENDMENT 0003 -

The purpose of this amendment 0003 is to extend the due date for a site-visit request to 17 MARCH 2026 at 10:00am (EST).  This amendment also will extend the due date for questions to 20 MARCH 2026 at 10:00am.  The due date for submitting quotes will be extended to 27 MARCH 2026 at 2:00pm.   Please note: to request a site-visit, please contact Mr. Louis Corbo via e-mail at Louis.A.Corbo.civ@army.mil.  Site-visits will be held on 18 MARCH 2026 between 10:00am and 12:00pm (EST) or 19 MARCH 2026 between 10:00am and 12:00pm (EST).  Please contact Mr. Louis Corbo to arrange for a specific date/time for a site-visit. 

AMENDMENT 0002

The purpose of Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W15QKN-26-Q-A050, "Refuse and Recycle Collection Services - Jersey City, NJ008 & Lodi, NJ009" is to add the following clauses to the solicitation:  

a. 52.212-1, 'Instructions to Offerors'  
b. 52.212-2, 'Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services'  
c. 52.212-4, 'Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Products and Commercial Services'

AMENDMENT 0001 - The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W15QKN-26-Q-A050, 'Refuse and Recycle Collection Services - Jersey City, NJ008 & Lodi, NJ009' is to update the additional information paragraph for CLINs 0004, 0005, 0006, 1004, 1005, 1006, 2004, 2005, 2006, 3004, 3005, 3006, 4004, 4005 and 4006 to remove the Jersey City, NJ008 address and to include the Lodi, NJ009 address: Alexander Hamilton USARC, 76 Route 17 Essex Street, Lodi, NJ 07644 (NJ009).  In addition, the Site Map for the Jersey City, NJ008 location and the Site Map for the Lodi, NJ009 will be added to this solicitation as attachments.

The 99th Readiness Division (RD) has a requirement for refuse and recycle collection services for the Caven Point USARC, #1 Chapel Avenue & Caven Point Road, Jersey City, NJ 07305 and at the Alexander Hamilton USARC, 76 Route 17 at Essex Street, Lodi, NJ 07644.  The scope of this requirement is for the contractor to provide all plant labor, equipment, safety equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform all operations and services in accomplishing refuse and recycle collection services.  The period-of-performance shall be one (1) 12-month Base-Period and four (4) 12-month Option-Periods.  Please see the attached Solicitation W15QKN-26-Q-A050 document as well as the attached Performance Work Statement for more information.
