The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236210 Industrial Building Construction. Estimated Magnitude of Construction: Between $100,000,000 and $150,000,000A bid bond will be required with your proposal in the amount of 20% of the offeror proposed price or $3,000,000.00 whichever is less. Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for the full amount (100%) of the awarded contract. The requirement is an Unrestricted/Full and Open competitive acquisition; both small and large businesses are eligible to respond. Site VisitThe clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerers or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.The site visit will be limited to three people per contractor. All personnel must complete the attached LCAAP Access Form and be cleared through LCAAP. If your personnel are not cleared, they will not be allowed on LCAAP.
