This is a Request for Information (RFI) for all recipients and IS NOT a formal Request For Quote (RFQ). You are receiving this email because the U.S. Government is seeking to vendors with the capability to provide fixed-wing aeromedical evacuation services in the vicinity of the Luzon Strait Islands, Republic of the Philippines. 1.0 Purpose: Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii is seeking information from the commercial vendor base to assist in planning and budgeting for potential aeromedical evacuation services in the vicinity of the Luzon Strait Islands, Republic of the Philippines. This RFI is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to contract. Information gathered will be used for planning and budgeting purposes only. Interested vendors will be noted for future solicitations. 2.0 Scope. Please review the attached PWS for the scope of this requirement. 3.0 Additional Information: Please also provide the following information: Company Name: Company Address: Point of Contact (Name, Title, Email, Phone): Brief Description of Company Capabilities: (e.g., years of experience, types of cargo handled, geographic coverage) Required lead time to support this contract requirement. Any estimated pricing data to assist in planning and budgeting purposes. 4.0 Response Instructions: Please submit your responses to the attached Q&A form and estimated pricing in the attached excel spreadsheet to dylan.globerman@usmc.mil by the deadline of 4 p.m. HST January 16, 2026. Contractors are allowed to submit responses after the deadline has passed. Questions from industry will only be answered before the deadline.
