Description

SCOPE: It is the intent of this formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive Bid Proposals from qualified Bidders for the Bonneville Transit Center (BTC) North Driveway Improvements Project, in accordance with the bid specifications and conditions. This project shall improve ingress and egress for its buses at the RTC's facility, the Bonneville Transit Center (BTC), located at 101 East Bonneville Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101. The project includes civil improvements associated with the reconfiguration of the north driveway, including but not limited to removals and replacement of concrete pavements, cross gutter and spandrel, sidewalks, adjustments to existing utility access boxes within the public right-of-way, pavement markings, advisory signage, and landscape irrigation. Contractor shall reference the accompanying project drawings for further details. FEDERAL FUNDS : This project is federally funded. The RTC contract goal is stated in the Instructions to Bidders Solicitation Document. Proponents must submit the Federal Conditions forms (with required signatures where indicated) as part of the Bid response and document submission. Site Preparation - 238910 Landscaping Services - 561730 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction - 561731 All Other Support Services - 561990 CONTRACTOR: A contractor must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.1379 or 338.1382 to bid on the contract. TITLE VI SOLICITATION NOTICE: The RTC, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, [select disadvantaged business enterprises or airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises] will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
