It is the intent of this formal Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) to receive proposals from qualified prospective proponents and select a qualified firm (Consultant) to design and construct a transit facility that accommodates the functional areas of administration, operations, maintenance, training, and parking including charging for electric vehicles. The project improvements also include construction of new concrete sidewalk, driveways and streetlights, modification of the existing storm drain facility, installation of landscaping and irrigation systems, and other work required to make a complete and serviceable project.
