This is a MARKET RESEARCH Site Visit for market research purposes only. A follow-on solicitation is NOT guaranteed. Please note that the NAICS code is subject to change since this is a developing requirement. Site Visit: A Market Research Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 06 January 2026 at JBSA Randolph, TX at 9:00am CST. The initial meeting place will be the JBSA Randolph Visitor Center located at 1 Harmon Dr, Randolph AFB, TX, 78150. Departure to the site will be promptly at 8:40 am CST ***OR*** when all pre-cleared parties have checked-in, whichever occurs first. Interested parties MUST arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time to sign in, wait in line and retrieve your pass at the visitor center. The Government WILL NOT provide transportation to travel between the sites. Interested parties are required to have a copy of a valid REAL ID Driver’s License, vehicle registration and insurance on hand in order to receive a base pass. If the driver’s license has not been updated to the REAL ID, interested parties will need a passport along with a driver’s license. If this type of documentation is not provided a base pass will not be issued and attendance will not be granted. Please limit your party to essential attendees only. Please refer to the attachment for the DRAFT version of the Statement of Work for potential scope of work. Requests to attend the Site Visit shall be received NO LATER THAN Friday, 02 January 2026 at 10:00 am CST.
