SP LANDSCAPING SERVICES The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA) is seeking a vendor to provide Landscaping Services for the Central Administration location for Four (4) Years. Item # 3: ( 988 - 52 ) Application 3 - Late Fall Services: As determined by the Tollway, between October 15 and November 15, of each year of the 4-year contract. The Vendor shall remove weeds, litter, and leaves from Tollway Grounds and apply fertilization and Broadleaf weed control. Item # 5: ( 988 - 52 ) Brown Wood Landscaping Mulch (four deliveries of 50 cubic yards each year). Total of 200 cubic yards for 4 years.
