Renewal Notice: Civil Engineering Roadway and Bridge Design & Operational Support Resources FY27 RENEWAL NOTICE - THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION - Initial Term: 9/30/21-6/30/26. Renewal Period 7/1/26-6/30/31. Civil Engineering Roadway and Bridge Design contract for Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) Software Application Solution. Item # 1: ( 208 - 82 ) Renewal Year 6-10: The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is seeking a Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) software application solution for agency-wide utilization in support of its varied planning, design, maintenance, and construction related disciplines and workflow processes. The solution(s) must be broad and encompass workflows involving, but not limited to, surveying and point cloud processing; photogrammetry; subsurface utilities; planning, design, and maintenance of roadways, structures and related assets; hydraulic and geotechnical investigations; 3-D/reality modeling; construction field layout; document management; team collaboration; and application IT support and maintenance. The solution must be compatible with existing platforms utilized at the Department and for all other associated processes that IDOT manages. In addition to providing a software solution, the Department desires the necessary file conversion, discipline specific training at the central office and district locations, and in-house resource allocation to ensure both a successful transition to the selected platform, and ongoing success of the selected application(s) during the contract term.
