TDF- Fire System FY27-FY28 SP The Department of Human Services is seeking bids for a two-year contract for the fire system repair and maintenance at the facility. It is essential to the facility that this system continues to operate correctly to protect the safety of staff and residents. Item # 1: Fire System Repair and Maintenance FY27. This item is for informational purposes only and is not meant to have pricing added, do not submit an amount for this line item. Preventative maintenance, repair and maintenance services, testing and inspections and emergency services when required. Items to be included in testing and inspection include: 1 annunciator panel, 332 smoke detectors, 10 Simplex 4100ES, 1 Simplex 4120 multiplex alarm panel, 51 duct detectors, 163 heat detectors, 39 manual pull stations, 114 audio/visual units, 188 visual units, 8 FMO 200 areas, 45 risers, 45 flow switches, 11 fire hydrants, 80-90 duct dampers, 30 tamper switches, 80 fire extinguishers, 10 supervised IM, 14 relay IM, 1 SSD sensor base with CO module, 1 smoke control system, 1 kitchen hood unit, 5 horn strobes and 1 strobe. Vendor will conduct quarterly visual and functional inspection testing and maintenance of fire alarm, detection, suppression, and smoke evacuation systems. All testing and inspections of the fire alarm system must be conducted in accordance with the most current version of the National Fire Protection Association. Pricing based on cost per hour/unit of annual estimated hours/services for repair and maintenance services during normal business hours of Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm (estimated at 24). All testing and inspections of the fire alarm system must be conducted in accordance with the most current version of the National Fire Protection Association.
