DMH 26 AMHC IFB Precut Keys and pre-pined Lock cores and installation-REBID The Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) is seeking a vendor to provide labor and Brand Name materials necessary to provide and install a keying system for the newly renovated facility for the Alton Mental Health Center (AMHC) located at 4500 College Ave, Alton, Illinois 62002. THIS PROCUREMENT IS FOR SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE PROGRAM VENDORS ONLY. Item # 1: ( 910 - 48 ) Interchangeable Cores: Provide 1,950 quantity of BEST "E" Series six-pin interchangeable cores (IC) 1950 Cores shall be pre-configured into twenty-three (23) separate key core groups in quantities assigned to each group. All interchangeable cores and keys provided under this contract shall utilize a restricted BEST "E" series keyway system. The contractor shall ensure that the keyway system supplied is restricted and that duplicate keys cannot be produced without written authorization from the facility. The contractor shall provide documentation verifying that the keyway is restricted and registered to the facility. The contractor shall coordinate with facility staff to ensure all keys are properly labeled and organized prior to turnover.
