Description

The U.S. Air Force requires comprehensive sanitation services at Dyess Air Force Base (AFB). This requirement will be fulfilled through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a five-year base ordering period. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to provide and service portable chemical latrines, ADA-compliant toilets, and hand-washing stations at various locations throughout the base. The scope of work includes the rental of contractor-owned units, servicing of designated government-owned units, and the ability to respond to routine, emergency, and special event needs. The contractor must adhere to strict performance standards, to include rapid response time for emergencies,ensuring all equipment is delivered clean, secure, and operational.
