Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE.
This Sources Sought Notice is intended to identify providers to support a requirement for moving and storage services for deploying service members aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station New River, NC and satellite activities.
The Government is seeking sources to support the following:
-Ensuring boxes are packed properly.
-Tagging all service members’ items.
-Inventorying packed items.
-Wrapping and padding larger items such as TV, computer monitors, etc.
-Pick up and drop off items at specified locations.
-Drayage to contractor’s facility and designated building/barracks. The contractor shall possess and utilize an inspectable, secure storage facility.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL.
Respondents are advised that the government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice.
The applicable NAICS code is 484210 Used Household and Office Goods Moving.
Interested vendors shall provide the following information:
(1) Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, and email address. (2) Cage Code and Unique Identifier Code (UIC). Cage Code and UIC number must be registered on the Systems for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov)
(3) Include any other supporting documents.
