Blanket Purchase Agreement for Paint, Primer, Thinner, and Blasting Media - Solicitation
USACE Rock Island District has a requirement for the purchase of marine grade paint and related items and therefore intends establish a suite of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the procurement of specific paint formulas (VZ-108d, V-766e), MEK thinner, and coal slag blasting media.
These supplies are required by the USACE Mississippi River Project Office to preserve the surfaces of Lock and Dam Tainter Gates. The proposed action is a multiple award BPA with a five-year ordering period and a total estimated ordering capacity of $900,000.
