Please be informed that the subject Request for Quote (RFQ) has been amended. The purpose of this RFQ amendment is to extend the RFQ due date and time. In accordance with this RFQ amendment, quotes are now due 9 April 2026 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. The following changes are also being incorporated into the current RFQ amendment:
1. Revise Attachment 1 - Statement of Need
2. Post Government answers to industry questions
Please review the amended RFQ in its entirety. An acknowledgment of the amended RFQ is required with RFQ submission.

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1305M26Q0071 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for a time-and-materials purchase order providing compressed gases to the Global Monitoring Laboratory (GML) in Boulder, CO.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
