This RFQ will be issued as small business set-aside. RFQ document can be obtained by contacting Salvatore D’Amico by e-mail at Salvatore.DAmico@dla.mil. This document will be available until April 14, 2026. Oral quotations will be requested at the same time of this announcement. The closing date for oral quotations is 3pm ET, April 14, 2026.

The Defense Appropriations and Authorization Acts and other statutes (including what is commonly referred to as “The Berry Amendment”) impose restrictions on the DOD’s acquisition of foreign products and services.
