TECHNICAL SERVICES TO REPAIR WOODWARD MicroNet NT CPU (PN 5466-409)

Background.  CGC BERTHOLF is usable to start the Main Gas Turbine.  While steaming at HP7 on the GT, a Micronet System Faulty (PV131047) alarm appeared on MCS-5 as well as a Hardware Chassis A Fan Fault on the GT Woodward panel. GT operation was not hindered. After securing the GT,  MCMS alarmed with a GT Engine Control System (ECS) hardware fault prohibiting water wash from being completed. SF installed three new fans above the Micronet CPU and I/O cards and conducted a reset of the system IAW Woodward Operating Instructions from B91358OI.C with positive results. Again, while steaming in GT mode at HP5 the same sequence of alarms populated. After performing a CPU reset the ECS hardware fault did not clear and the GT is currently unable to start or motor. SF identified ECS alarm code to be "TRBL 20" in TP B91358OI.C, but no further troubleshooting steps are annotated in the manual. Request Woodward tech for CPU inspection and troubleshooting.

FAQ

How do I use the Market Snapshot?

It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.

Is the data live?

The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.

What do P10 and P90 mean?

P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
