THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS Lebanon VA Medical Center This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide Audiology Probe Microphone Measurement Devices and Accessories. This equipment requirement is for the Lebanon VAMC located in Lebanon, PA 17042. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about February 23, 2026. The full solicitation will be unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 334510 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing; the size standard is 1,250 employees. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
