Lancaster Rd. Dallas, TX 75216 Statement of Work (Draft) Period of Performance: 60 Within Days After Award Overview: The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision. Contractor is to provide supervision, labor, and specified material below on Chiller Repairs located at Dallas VA Medical Center. This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals.
