Description

The following contract changes have been made to Solicitation SPE300-26-R-X004 in the issuing of this Amendment effective February 5, 2026. 


1. The following Contract Date and Tier Changes have been made under Statement of Work beginning on page 8 and under Ordering Clause on page 46 of the Solicitation:

"D. This Solicitation utilizes the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (“LPTA”) Source Selection Process. It contains two (18-month) Tier (hereafter individually referred to as “Tiers”) periods. The length of the contract is 36 months (3 years) including all tiers. Tier 1 will begin March 8, 2026, and end March 11, 2029. Tier 2 will begin September 12, 2027, and expire on March 11, 2029."

HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH:

III. TIERS:

" A. The 3-year contract period is divided into two (18-month) Tier periods. Tier 1 will begin March 19, 2026 and end September 18, 2027. Tier 2 will begin September 19, 2027 and expire on March 17, 2029. Each Tier affords offerors an opportunity to provide different Unit Prices."

HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH:

"(a) Any supplies and services to be furnished under this contract shall be ordered by issuance of delivery orders or task orders by the individuals or activities designated in the Schedule. Such orders may be issued from March 8, 2026 through March 11, 2029."

HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH:

"(a) Any supplies and services to be furnished under this contract shall be ordered by issuance of delivery orders or task orders by the individuals or activities designated in the Schedule. Such orders may be issued from March 8, 2026 through March 17, 2029."

2. "Attachment 1 - Schedule of Items" has been replaced with "Attachment 1 - Schedule of Items REVISED". The following changes have been made to the contract dates on cells C7, C8, and C9:

FLUID MILK ITEMS    (MARCH 8, 2026- MARCH 17, 2029)
Tier- 1 OTHER DAIRY ITEMS    (MARCH 8, 2026-  SEPT 11, 2027)
Tier- 2 OTHER DAIRY ITEMS    (SEPT 12, 2027 - MARCH 17, 2029)

3. NOTE has been added to the Statement of Work under (4) on page 7:

NOTE: No change in the places(s) of performance will be permitted between the closing date of the solicitation and the award date except where time permits and then only upon receipt of the Contracting Officer's written approval. Any change in the place(s) of performance cited in this offer and in any resulting contract is prohibited unless it is specifically approved in advance by the Contracting Officer at no additional charge to the Government. An offeror no longer using, possessing, or having access to an offered facility, as described in an offeror's proposal, may result in an offeror's proposal being considered unacceptable.

4. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.
